Does everyone have the same challenge as I, although it was a short (4 day) work week, it seemed like I still needed to accomplish the same amount of work as a normal week.  The only solution is to utilize the tools we have to our greatest advantage.  Now our greatest challenge, to find the most comprehensive and effective tools.  It all begins with critically evaluating our processes and the requirements.  Then the area of my personal expertise, imagination.  Building the vision of how it could be and how it will work, putting it together on paper. and estimating the investment and let's not forget, the Return on that Investment.  I recently asked a prospect what they expected that their CRM would do for them and how would it pay for itself.  The principals looked at me with wide eyes and said we really didn't think about the CRM providing a return on investment.  Then Why do it? but i digress.   What tools do you need?  Call me so we can help you get more done with the right tools.
